Author: Pam

After growing up in the family catering business, I left home for university and earned a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management. After returning to Winnipeg and the family business,  it didn't take long for me to start testing and trying new recipes. I decided to combine my interest in creating recipes with my love of writing and wrote Soup - A Kosher Collection - my first kosher cookbook. Just in time for Passover 2010, my second cookbook Passover - A Kosher Collection was published. My third cookbook, Pam's Cookie Collection is the third book in my collection.

Yes, Passover mains and sides are important, but really, isn't it all about the desserts and treats? You should try making my Passover Mandarin Chocolate Fudge! Link in my bio.
Yep. Purim is over and now it's time to talk about Passover! My first recipe for the year is posted on my blog -- Apple Brisket. A little sweet and a little tangy -- think of it as an almost-apple-honey-barbeque sauce. It's delicious!
Happy Purim!!
#Purim isn't JUST about hamantaschen. If you're looking for other delicious items to include in your mishloach manot, make a batch (or several) of Sesame Brittle. Recipe on my blog - link in my bio.
#Purim isn't just about hamantaschen. How about making some poppy seed snaps and packaging them to safely give to family and friends?
Purim is almost here and I have some Hamantaschen recipes for you! Check the link in my bio to get my recipes for:
